Mini-Vacation to visit Jennifer in Winona,MN/LaCrosse,WI

We went to hotel in LaCrosse, WI for a few days so we could see Jenn. LaCrosse is close to Winona, MN (where she lives) so it worked out great. Wish we could see her more often!

This must be the appropriate position for dads to take when their kids are in the pool.... It looks amazingly similar to how Grampa Herbie looks when he is at a pool! hahahaha

Unfortunately Justin left before we got any pictures with him in them! Here are the rest of our kids though. Gabby, Natalie, Faith, Gillian, Reid and Meredith. Sad to say goodbye!

It was girls night last night with my best buds from high school, Betsy and Rachel! We met at Norman Quacks in Forest Lake and had an awesome (too short) evening! There's nothing like good times with old friends - and I mean "old" in the best sense of the word!!!

Last weekend was Meredith's 5th birthday and she had her 1st birthday party with friends! She's convinced she's a princess and a cute one at that!

Reid got to sit behind the boys varsity basketball team and have his picture taken with the team captains during a home game. He wrote an essay about what it means to be a team player and use good sportsmanship as part of the contest. He got to meet the team, get a free snack and a cool tshirt that says he was a "basketball buddy".
